Faster onboarding, fewer clicks, fully compliant
A streamlined onboarding experience that reduces clicks and simplifies workflows into a single, intuitive flow while still meeting country-specific compliance requirements. Employees now provide only essential information upfront to speed contract signing, with additional details completed later as needed.
Workforce companion
Managers can use natural language with Alfie to view and take action on their team’s time-off requests. They can approve, unapprove, reject, or cancel requests directly, with secure, role-based access ensuring proper visibility. Cancelled requests are final and require a new submission.
Standardized workflow
New offboarding flows enable employee resignations and customer-initiated terminations directly in-platform, replacing manual processes and improving consistency, tracking, and operational scalability.
CSV export now available
We improved the existing invoicing dashboard to give Admins and Billing Contacts the ability to self-serve invoice reporting enabling them to filter by custom time periods and export detailed CSV reports of invoice line items directly within the platform, eliminating the need to request reports from support.
Real-time workforce intelligence
Alfie now delivers real-time answers to two of the most common workforce questions, compensation and time-off. Customers and employees can instantly access payroll details, pay breakdowns, and workforce gross payroll costs, as well as live PTO balances and accruals, upcoming leave, and approval statuses, all through natural language. These updates reduce reliance on manual support, improve transparency, and make it easier to understand and manage your global workforce day to day.
