Overview

When employee data lives in BambooHR, it shouldn't have to be re-entered somewhere else. Connect Pebl and records sync automatically. Onboarding details, employment updates, and time-off requests move between systems without the need for manual intervention on either side.

That bidirectional sync reduces follow-up work across onboarding and employee updates. Agreements are generated from data already in BambooHR, so finalization moves faster and requires fewer corrections. When onboarding status updates in Pebl, BambooHR reflects it. And when a time-off request comes in, it doesn't get lost in the handoff between systems.

Start the hiring process by entering new talent details in BambooHR. Job and personal information are automatically exported to Pebl, enabling fast agreement finalization and approval.

Onboard new talent

Reduce manual data entry with automatic onboarding updates in BambooHR when new talent signs their employment agreement in the Pebl platform. 

Sync talent data

Keep employee information up to date with automatic synchronization to BambooHR whenever changes are made in the Pebl platform. 

Update employment details

Ensure employment details stored in BambooHR, such as job title and start date, are automatically kept accurate through updates from the Pebl platform.

Sync time off requests

Maintain full visibility into time off taken by all team members, including Pebl-supported employees. Optionally, balances can stay in sync.
