Overview
As soon as a new hire is confirmed in Bob, the integration shares onboarding details, compensation data, and employee records with Pebl. With data automatically shared between the two systems, the records teams rely on remain accurate without anyone having to maintain them twice.
Time-off requests and compensation updates sync in both directions. Changes made in Bob reflect in Pebl, and vice versa, so payroll and HR aren't working from different versions of the same record.

Hire new talent
Start the hiring process by entering new talent details in Bob. Job and personal information is automatically exported to the Pebl platform, enabling fast agreement finalization and approval.
Onboard new talent
Reduce manual data entry with automatic onboarding updates in Bob’s New Hire Wizard when new talent signs their employment agreement in the Pebl platform.
Sync talent data
Keep employee information up to date with automatic synchronization to Bob whenever changes are made in Pebl.
Update employment details
Ensure employment details stored in Bob, such as job title and start date, are automatically kept accurate through updates from Pebl.
Sync time-off requests
Maintain full visibility into time off taken by all team members, including Pebl-supported employees. Optionally, can have balances stay in-synch.
Sync compensation updates
