As the founder of Pebl, Ben scaled the company from a startup in 2014 to a leading Employment of Record, earning recognition as the fastest-growing company in Colorado history and reaching #4 on the Inc. 5000 list.

Currently Executive Chairman of Pebl, Ben has more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving innovation in global workforce management. A passionate entrepreneur, adventurer, and sportsman, Ben once ran seven marathons on seven continents in seven days to support First Descents, a nonprofit that empowers young adults facing serious illness through outdoor experiences. He is also a Limited Partner of the Colorado Rockies baseball club.
