Siddharth leads Pebl’s Technology Team, growing and scaling a world-class group that’s developing solutions to connect both companies and talent with the best opportunities in the world. He believes in the power of global teams and leads with a deep technical expertise, bold decision-making, and a human touch—placing equal importance on customer empathy and stellar execution.

With almost three decades of experience, including leadership roles at Intuit, Qualcomm, and Inflection/GoodHire, Siddharth remains a lifelong learner. He does much of his best remote work from coffee shops, though he’s still looking for one that will let him hook up a large monitor.
