We’ve updated the platform to improve speed and navigation, and introduced AI-guided workflows to help simplify complex processes and day-to-day tasks.

Faster data capture and repeat hiring

We’ve introduced improvements to streamline onboarding and hiring flows and reduce manual work. The new Repeat Hires feature pre-populates employee data using existing profiles for similar roles and geographies, improving consistency and efficiency (currently available in 29 countries). In addition, automatic ID data capture extracts and pre-fills key information from ID documents during the Employee Welcome experience. Together, these updates reduce manual entry, minimize errors, and help employees complete onboarding and verification more quickly.
