Who can participate in the Pebl Referral Program?
Anyone approved as a referrer can participate. This includes current or former Pebl customers, authorized end users, individuals personally invited by Pebl, and eligible Pebl employees, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions

What is a personal referral link?
Your personal referral link is a unique tracking link created just for you.
When someone uses it, they’re directed to a Pebl demo invitation page, and their activity—from demo to qualification to becoming a customer—is tracked back to you.
That way, you get full credit for the referral and the rewards that come with it.

Where can I share my personal referral link?
Share your link wherever it makes sense. Send it directly to a company you’re talking with about global hiring, or include it in your email signature, social media profiles, blog posts, or online communities.
As long as someone signs up using your link, you’ll get credit for the referral.

When does a referral count as a “Qualified Referral”?
A referral is considered a Qualified Referral when they:
- Click your personal referral link
- Book and complete a Pebl demo
- Are confirmed by Pebl as a legitimate new prospect (not an existing customer or already in our sales pipeline) and move forward in the evaluation process
Once a referral is qualified, you’ll earn $50.

What is a “Successful Referral”?
A Successful Referral is a Qualified Referral that goes on to become a Pebl customer. This happens when they:
- Sign a Service Agreement with Pebl as a new customer within one year of using your referral link, and
- Onboard their first supported employee within three months of signing the agreement
When this happens, you’ll earn an additional $1,500 USD, bringing your total reward to $1,550 USD for that referral.

Is there an annual earning limit?
Yes. You can earn up to $15,500 USD per calendar year through the Pebl Referral Program.
